The only problem we encountered was a clogged up bathroom sink. When we advised the person at the desk on our way out from dinner, he seemed unsure about what to do about it and then said he would let maintenance know. "The breakfast menu was Fair, the staff was friendly, and though it's non-smoking, you could definitely smell that weed had been smoked inside in the hallways. Also, the pool and gym were under construction or something and this was not stated upon reserving the hotel. I feel that if parts of the hotel are going to be off limits, the hotel should give a discount for not having those places accessible to guests in general. It was a huge bummer because part of the incentive to book the hotel room...

"We arrived a little bit earlier than check-in time but we were allowed an early check-in… SCORE! This helped as we were a party of 3, one of us being a 2 year old. Very close to a variety of food options, and COFFEE to the left and right. The staff were incredible. We only dealt with two staff members, but we felt welcome and heard both times. The room was spacious and clean, two queen beds and a tv with plenty of entertainment to watch. Cold AC, clean bathrooms and towels, and plenty of parking...
