"It was pet friendly and staff was very pleasant. However, the locks were malfunctioning on two different rooms…had to go down to front desk and change rooms. Also, suggest having hard copy of amenities in rooms, bible, pad and pen, and alarm clock. "

"Wife found a bug crawling on the bed. Other than that the room was comfortable. Freeway noise could be a factor for some, not us. Easy freeway access as it is right off the freeway. "

"The room smelled horrible upon entering, I went to the office to inquire about a refund immediately. Through the noise due to a man using a drill behind the counter I was told I could receive a refund by the manager(Jasmine) "who handles those and is off today". I received her email address, and after finding a clean room for a few nights emailed her only to have zero communication. It has been 2 months and I have yet to speak to anyone at the front desk when calling. I cannot recommend this...
