"Good location, beside Grove City Outlet stores. Ample parking. 2 floors with elevator. Rear view rooms face west onto a field and are nice and quiet. King size bed was comfy, decent size TV, had a good size mini-fridge, desk size was good, has a reading chair as well. Facility is a little dated, rooms are ok. Perfect stop over with last minute outlet store shopping on the way to Toronto. Check-in was good. Good value for the price."

"This property is advertised as dog friendly but it’s absolutely not dog friendly! Upon check in you’re given a document to sign that states that your pet is NOT allowed on the furniture or bedding and if they find ANY fur on either you will be charged an undisclosed cleaning fee. After showing this to my husband we chose not to stay. He went to the desk and asked for a refund of the room and pet fee. He was told that the manager was gone for the day and that she would issue a refund. One week...

"Not sufficient parking. Was under the impression breakfast was provided, but was wrong. Nothing special about the rooms, especially for the price."

"The breakfast was great for the typical free breakfast. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. Our trash was never emptied and the first day our bed wasn’t even made. The dirty towels weren’t removed. Other than this the hotel was great."

"Room was clean . Shower was dirty. Couldn't make coffee although coffee maker was in room. No complimentary breakfast no staff to ask. I wouldn't stay again even though price was reasonable."

"The only drawback for me was that the mattress was VERY firm so, hard to get comfortable on. The breakfast was a well thought out assortment of items for every one (basic continental) although the coffee was not good, dumped mine out. OVERALL they did a good job. Staff friendly & caring."

"Positive: Reasonably priced. Parking was fine. The window in the back opened. Spectrum or Armstrong cable was fine. They provided single use soap. Dual access to the room; from both inside the motel hallway and an outside door. Staff very pleasant and tried to help with WiFi, but ended up not solving the issue. There was plenty of hot water. The bathroom and room were clean. Not so positive: The WiFi did not reach my room, so I had virtually no internet access. I had to go to the lobby to access...
