"Property was getting renovated, outside was had furniture stacked up. Outside was not maintained, lobby was a mess. During cancellation I was refused a refund. I don't recommend this property for your next stay at Grove City. Customers should be advised property is under renovation, not show up and be surprised."

"We were disappointed and expected more. The room needed a good cleaning. The light fixture in the bathroom was covered with mold. The ineffective bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine. And to top it off the drinking and bathing water was salty one of the nights (Friday). So they were either backwashing the softener during the day or have an even bigger issue. "The hotel was clean and it was nice having a big refrigerator to store cold items. We stayed for a week and we received new towels every two or three days and trashed was taken out. The staff seemed very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was okay, a couple of hot items and waffles with lots of bread options. It did include oatmeal, cold cereals, yogurt, and some fruit."

Dual access to the room; from both inside the motel hallway and an outside door. Staff very pleasant and tried to help with WiFi, but ended up not solving the issue. There was plenty of hot water.
