"Un check-out avec une attente de 20 minutes. Les travaux dans la chambre d'à côté qui m'empêche de travailler et de faire une visio malgré plusieurs appels téléphoniques au desk pour leur demander d'arrêter les travaux pendant 30 minutes. Ce n'est pas à la hauteur la qualité attendue pour un Hyatt. Le personnel à l'accueil et très aimable mais il y a une belle marge de progression pour la qualité de service !"
