The staff on the cocktail lounge seem indifferent to guests . You can enter sit down and no one waits on you, and you have to go to the bar to place your order. The staff seems to spend an inordinate amount of time chatting amongst themselves and ignoring customers. I spent 21 years running a hotel in the US and always trained my staff to focus on guests first. I stay at the Ibis because of its convenience to the airport. I travela lot and Paris is often my first stop on my European excursions. Not sure I will choose the Ibis again. Timothy Dunn

Practically inside the CDG airport. Very convenient for early flights or coming late night. However, a "face lift" is neccesery (in the room we stayed the bathroom had troubles with cold water, shower had a leak between doors). Breakfast was available with good choices.

The hotel was very nice and convenient with easy transportation. What I don’t like is the restaurants services they do not provide any vegan Food. They don’t seem to care that not everyone eats the same. I would greatly appreciate if they provide tags of the food they provide .

The property is between terminal 1 and the terminal 2 complex via the automated CDGVAL tram, so that it only takes 15 minutes to get to the checkin desks at terminal 1. The rooms are serviceable and the hotel restos adequate, and the price fairly reasonable. So it is easy to turn in one's rental car at the end of the trip - if one rented at the airport - and spend the night and have peaceful entrance to checkin the next morning without worrying about Paris traffic or strikes on the RER B

Scratches on the sink, floor and wall. Bed extremely uncomfortable as well as pillow. Very low quality room. Air conditioning was broken. Room was tiny, hardly enough room to turn around. Went to Le Terrace restaurant and left right away as smelled very bad, like fish had gone off. Very hot and uncomfortable in restaurant. Italian restaurant was very good.
