"Upon checking in, the front desk staff was courteous and prompt. The room was mostly clean except for a few hairs in the bathroom and dingy but clean looking towels. The bed was decent, somewhat comfortable. The blackout curtains kept the room nicely darkened. My kids enjoyed the pool in the evening. Nothing else available. checked out after one horrible night Charged me over $500. Tried to get a resolution but "it's our policy" DO NOT STAY AT THIS CRAP"

"We were in town for the college World Series and this was one of the cheapest places to stay ($180/night vs. $900/night). It’s a place where construction crews and other laborers stay for extended work jobs. It’s not for families with kids. There are people here who a permanent residents. That said, the rooms were clean but had no amenities. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There were a bunch of people there who were there for the college World Series, many who said they wouldn’t...

"A staff member entered my room without knocking at 11:30 at night while I was in bed. He said he didn't know the room was occupied. About 20 minutes later, a different staff member knocked and demanded I come down to the front desk and re-check in saying they had a mistake in their computer. At nearly midnight, I had to get dressed and go back downstairs to the lobby and check in all over again. Also, the room had dirty bed sheets and the fridge had not been cleaned out and had leftover...
