Our room was on the second floor, and the AC barely worked. We noticed the third floor was even worse, while the main floor seemed to be the only area that was actually cool. On top of that, the vending machines were not working. Overall, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that made the stay less comfortable...

"Absolutely horrible place to stay. Drug deals happening inside on the stairs and outside the windows. Doors to room don’t shut and create an unsafe environment. Bathroom door locks you in multiple times. Both kids got bites of some sort the first night. Food was left in fridge from previous stay and it smelled awful and leaked on the floor. Overall just bad vibes. Nothing like what was expected and they refuse to refund even though the kids we’re terrified the whole stay!"

It’s like walking into the beginning of a low-budget scary movie. The hallways were roasting and unoccupied rooms were left open. "We had really dirty unwashed sheets. Duck taped water pipes. Mouse traps around the room. Brown stains on the bathtub head to toe. Marker drawn on everything. Dirty spots all over the curtains. Weird smell, like a nursing home but a dirty one. There was people throwing things at the window of the room I was in. I booked for a queen bed and got a single bed. Air conditioning was broken in some ways it was extremely loud when it would turn on which woke me up almost every hour through the night....
