"We blew in at around 9:30 pm during the January Freeze. Gabe welcomed us with humor and warmth. He pointed us to the coffee and hot chocolate; and advised that the front desk was fully staffed 24/7! He was very helpful even lending assistance with a problem we had with our room and arranged for a later than usual check-out although that never happened... Room was like a little suite. Full sized fridge, real dishes, glasses, and silverware. Dishwasher to run after use. Though it seemed clean...

"The site advertised two queen-sized beds, but the place only has full-sized beds for their double rooms (I was there with my husband and pre-teenage son, so we needed two beds). Only two towels were allocated for the room; no washcloths, tissues, or even a trash can was/were provided. Dead bugs littered the floor. Crickets squeezed through the gap in the doorway and chirped in the room all night. The foot gap between the bottom of the curtain and the floor in front of the floor-to-ceiling window...
