"Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir verbrachten dort zwei Nächte. Jeweils eine Nacht vor und nach unserer Balabac Tour. Das Gepäck konnten wir dort für die Zeit lagern. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Die Klima funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Poolanlage und die Aussicht sind sehr schön. "One of the worst experiences of my life. Nothing is good about this place. I had a family emergency and they could not even accept. cancelling it in that condition. I asked this more than 1.5 weeks before my booking in top season. This requires someone not to be only horrible operators but also horrible human beings in general. I never write negative reviews until this one in my life but they deserved it. "

"I researched somewhat about where to stay. All the reviews are accurate.
It’s a beautiful place. The people were nice and excellent with everything. I really enjoyed myself. There’s no better place to stay in Puerto Princesa!!

"The location was very convenient along the highway for our van drop off and close to where our friends live. We were on the street side with a big window so there was some noise but we were okay sleeping. Large room and comfortable bed with nice bedding. The staff was friendly and the housekeepers were great. Breakfast was included but not a buffet like we thought it might be. The laundry service was great!"

"Staff is polite and helpful. Overall I was fairly happy but the level of noise was somewhat annoying. We had a dog barking till late evening and sometimes in the night waking us up. It was as if there was a window wide open but there wasn’t one. Still it sounded almost if the dog was in our room "
