"I've been there several times without incidents, but this time there was a lady yelling for help by the parking lot asking this guy to let her go and the staff looked at me when I asked them to call the cops and told me that it wasn't there concern, gave me there business card so I could give the cops the address!! I was taken back that they would not help me call for help. The jet bathtub was broken. The staff was very dismissive when we talked to them. It was by far the worst experience I've...

"Book it here! Such a great hotel! The shuttle is great even just for a few blocks if you don’t want to walk anymore!"

"Clean room and breakfast was great"

"Hotel was generally as expected but the second bed (which we did not use nor need) in our room had some disgusting food or vomit caked on the dust ruffle which we noticed when we checked in which was late. We did mention this when we checked out early the next morning and the staff was apologetic."

"The room was very clean and provided necessities. The staff was friendly and willing to assist. I would recommend it anyone staying in Sioux Falls, SD."

"Very friendly staff, good choices at breakfast and comfortable room."

"Front desk staff was very friendly; allowed early check-in. The lobby was a bit messy because of the renovation."

"Great stay super cute location"

"The staff seemed pretty friendly and was good about letting us know information and details. It does look like they have a bit of construction going on, which is understandable sometimes things need upgrades. The first room we got was no good but the staff was very accommodating in getting us into another. I think the 2 most disappointing things were the pool is temporary closed and there was no fridge in our room. It looked like there was a spot for a fridge."
