I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT HOTEL!!"

"The lady at the front desk, when we checked in, was very polite and accommodating. The room was very clean and spacious. The AC worked very well. Breakfast was good. The hotel was easy to access and parking was easy. I would definitely stay here again"

That said, each stay seems to come with a different room quality and a different staff experience. "Worst hotel experience we have ever had. We were running late for our arrival given some storms that we were having to drive-through. I called ahead of time to make sure that getting a late check out the next day would not be an issue and I was told that it would be a problem. Upon arrival to the hotel, the very rude front desk person, told us that she could not guarantee our late checkout that I would need to speak to the person that got there after 7 AM We arrived at 5 o’clock in the morning...
