None of the pools are heated & no jacuzzi, which was a major disappointment. "COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED Check in was at 4pm I was notified that the room would not be ready for another hour and a half. The carpet was power washed and was still wet. I was given keys at 6pm. "Great Staff and nice environment, rooms, and amenities. The only shortcoming is that the hotel is about a 15-minute drive from where all the attractions are, but the staff and food were amazing"

"Beautiful property away from the busy Duvall Street, but close enough to enjoy the nightlife. Also, the staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I wish they had more restaurant options, but overall we loved it."

"Maintenance was in need of improvement after two calls to repair a closet door that was falling off they fixed it by just removing the entire door. Keys didn’t work. To unlock door. Walked to desk they reprogrammed them. Walked back to room and still unable to get into the room. Had to wait for a maintenance person to arrive.
