I could barely sleep because of the smell, also opening the window was not helpful as the smell was super strong. I have got a question from the management and the owners? "Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quite nice for the price and quite comfortable. Really liked the town of Aalsmeer in which hotel was located. We were staying there to explore a few days before a boat/bike tour out of Amsterdam. Rented bikes from shop in town and spent one day biking the lake and surrounding area, then spent second biking into Amsterdam"

"Muy bonito aunque un poco lejos del centro ahí que caminar como 15 minutos para la parada del train hacia el centro pero no es complicado y muy seguro caminar a parte también puede coger el bus 78 que pasa muy cerca del hotel lo único es que en los días que estuvimos no fueron a limpiar y tuvimos que bajar a pedir toallas limpias xq tampoco las llevaron"

"Room cleaning needs improving. We requested room cleaning 2x in the 5 days we stayed. Both times it did not get done till after 6 pm and that was after reminding the front desk and or staff that it was not done. The first reminder the staff said they would not be doing it. Better communication is needed at front desk. They also did not explain the breakfast service. Would have been nice to know so we could plan a breakfast."

"The staff were rude and unapologetic. Check in was 3pm and I was told I couldn’t check in until 4:30pm. I then said this wasn’t okay and was told they would cancel my reservation as a solution. I felt unwelcome. I had a staff member enter the room without knocking while I was getting changed and the room was only cleaned after I asked. DO NOT STAY."

"This is a funky and interesting spot. It's quite far (35min walk) from the central parts of the city. The shared bathrooms and showers aren't great; there are times when you're having to wait for the facilities. My biggest issue was our room, which was one of the hidden library rooms. It was VERY stuffy in the small room with just a fan on the wall. It was very hard to sleep and we both got a pit panicked about how hot and how small the room was."

"Très bon séjour. La chambre était propre et le personnel agréable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les équipements gratuits : une piscine, une salle de sport et deux saunas, dont un sauna à vapeur et un sauna traditionnel. C'est un vrai plus pour se détendre à tout moment du séjour. Le seul point négatif est que la navette pour se rendre en ville est payante (5 €). En revanche, le retour est gratuit et la dernière navette part à 23 h 15, ce qui reste pratique. Un grand merci à Expedia pour...
