"Staff are very helpful, hotel was very nice Would recommend"

"Walls were paper thin and a lot of noise. Otherwise it was clean."

"We had a great time here. We travelled w our baby and the staff were so accommodating. Sankat took special care to ensure that we were happy w our accommodation and generally the staff was friendly and helpful."

"Thoroughly enjoyed amenities at Ruby Emma, the room had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The complimentary drink was a nice touch. In a pinch the food was ok. There is a Mc Cafe across the street, but we made more use of the grocery store 2 buildings down with fresh pastries and cold drinks. the metro was less than a 5 minute walk which was unexpected but super convenient; we were in Amsterdam Central in 10-15 mins."

"On one of the days during our stay We were gone all day and didn’t receive room cleaning"

"The stay was amazing. Thank you for all the staff for making my stay memorable."

"You cannot beat the location of this hotel if you plan to do all the top tourist attractions in Amsterdam. There is no shortage of places to eat and close to the best shopping. My 2 teen kids stayed in the triple room and it was perfect. A little compact but we made it work for our 3 nights stay. Last but not least the staff was so warm and welcoming. The check in was smooth and started our trip off right."

"Very charm hotel"

"Great boutique hotel, close to public transportation. Delicious breakfast, helpful and friendly staff and a very comfortable room. Great location too"

The room is spacious for a hotel in Amsterdam, and what sold us on the hotel was having a king-size bed and a great breakfast buffet. We read a lot of reviews prior to booking, and the hotel lived up to its reputation. The hotel is quiet,...

"The hotel is in a great location and was definitely clean, stylish and lived up to the appearance you would expect from a five-star property. The beds were also incredibly comfortable and cosy, which made for a very good night’s sleep. However, I felt the service could have been much warmer and more welcoming. On arrival, I had to carry and drag a heavy suitcase up a set of stairs myself before reaching the elevator. For this type of hotel, I would have expected a member of staff to offer...

"La chambre était propre et le personnel accueillant. Il est vrai que les escaliers de l'hôtel sont extrêmement raide. J'avais réservé une chambre en pensant avoir l'air climatisé, mais en arrivant à l'hôtel j'ai compris que nous n'en avions pas. J'aurais aimé que cela soit mieux indiqué avant de réserver."
