"Mooi appartement"

"The property is in a lovely location but communication from the staff prior and during the stay was poor. Check-in was also very poorly done and communicated. We communicated that we would be arriving for late check-in a week prior to our stay multiple times via email and phone call with no clear communication back. Upon arrival they couldn’t locate our reservation and then we had to have the property security to get us the keys to our accommodation. It appears to be a systemic issue."

" The house was functional. There was no soap except for a tiny bottle to wash a dish or two and a small amount of dishwasher soap. There was about a third of a roll of toilet paper and no tissue. They didn’t provide any more toilet paper. There was only one working washing machine and two dryers for ten euros. WOW! We were told to remove the sheets and towels, take out the trash and sweep the floors before leaving. REALLY!"

"Really nice place. "

"Always a pleasure staying here. The staff, the apartments and the location are ideal for stay in A’dam."

"Ma deuxième serviette était un peu abîmée (déchirée). Sinon c'est un hôtel que je recommanderais"

"Our stay was good. The staff provided great service and were accommodating, and communicative. Our room was clean, had a great view, and you could see the A'DAM Lookout. The only complaint was sharing a corner lobby with another unit. Our unit neighbors had locked us out of the first entrance door. Security was able to open it. The property is right next to the metro station. Depends on which system you take to the city center. NS=5 minutes and GVB=15-20 minutes. Overall, a convenient stay!"

"素敵です"

"Nice to have breakfast included. Very close to train"

"This place was 10 out of 10. Location, location location 12 minutes from Amsterdam got a half an hour from De Pijp. Staff was excellent. The food was tremendous seriously Michelin star level and everything was accommodating. I will definitely come here again."

"Sehr gute Lage, einmal über die Straße, Strand 😊. Cozy Aussenterasse. Die kleine Frühstücksecke hatte alles für ein schönes Frühstück. Balkonmöbel haben uns nicht gut gefallen, aber ausreichend. In der dritten Etage ist der Balkon nicht überdacht, gut bei Sonnenschein, schlecht bei Regen. Personal top 👍."

"it was all good."
