"The external appearance of the hotel does not do it justice. It is perfectly situated right next to the station and even though our room was above the rail tracks there was no noise whatsoever in the room. As a base it was perfect."

"We had an early check-in, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. At the time of arrival, we did not inspect the cleanliness of the room in detail, as we left shortly afterward for a city tour and returned around midnight. Unfortunately, when we came back, we noticed hairs and some hygiene-related leftovers from the previous guest, which made us question whether the room had been properly cleaned before our arrival. The toiletries were also very basic, with only hand soap and a combined body...

"I'm afraid to say i think we picked up a nasty case of bed bugs from the hotel. I have informed the hotel. Obviously there is no way of proving that they were picked up from there but this was the only place we stayed on our trip. The room was very dusty and I think that's where they like to live. I did not see evidence of the bed bugs but my children have lots of bites. Another thing that really disappointed me about this hotel is that there is no airconditioning, we stayed during a heatwave...
