Måske på grund af ombygning var der stort set ingen menuer på restaurantens menukort. Igen på grund af ombygning var der næsten ingen kanaler, som virkede på tv. Værelserne er mindre end, hvad fotos viser. Vi skulle hele tiden gå forskellige omveje til og fra hotellets reception og restaurant - igen på grund af ombygning. "We enjoyed our stay. The property is absolutely beautiful and staff was welcoming. Our room was rather small but comfortable with well stocked essentials. Great location. They also offered bikes for use."

"A better breakfast would help. The same architecture in each and every room, with really poor ventilation in the loo make the facility "cheesy", and cheap. Staff are OK, however, likely underpaid and under appreciated. Opening the windows to air the room between guests, or at least once a week might help."

"It was a great property and in an excellent location to all of the museums and sights I was going to see. I did have a little trek from the tram stop to the hotel, I came from the main train station & took the tram. It is a very safe location too, my friend from the area confirmed for me. Room was clean & it does have air conditioning which is awesome."

"They didn’t have irons / ironing boards in the room. When I asked they said they had one in a dusty closet on the fifth floor chained to a radiator. That’s where I ironed my shirt and slacks for a business conference. Absurd."
