"If you have a long layover, I guess this hotel is okay—but only okay. Unfortunately, the photos are very misleading. The rooms look much larger in the pictures than they actually are. In reality, they’re only big enough to take a quick nap. The carpets were dirty, and the overall feel of the room reminded me of the cheaper interior cabins on a Carnival cruise ship. The breakfast is not included and costs $18 per person, which is disappointing considering the limited selection. They offered...

"Wir waren zu einem Kurztrip an die See, und unglücklicherweise in Haarlem direkt nichts mehr bekommen. Wir haben das OZO Hotel spontan wegen des günstigen Preises und der kostenfreien Parkplatz Option gebucht. Und die Entscheidung war goldrichtig: tolles geräumiges Zimmer, super gut klimatisiert & isoliert (trotz Flughafennähe), ein hervorragend sauberes Zimmer und wirklich gute Betten. Alles in allem, - wir waren für die Notlösung außerhalb von Haarlem begeistert"

"Airport shuttle bus not free anymore."

"Be wary of staying on level 5 in summer as the air conditioning is not good. The room was warm and made for an uncomfortable to sleep. The room is also small and barely fits 2 suitcases and hand luggage. This is a smart room with an iPad in the room that lets you operate everything such as blinds, lights, air con. Some parts are excellent with others not good. The breakfast meal and downstairs area is excellent."

"地域的に安価な宿泊代にも関わらず、清潔さ、スタッフ対応、朝食の質などすべて満足のいくものでした。空港近くという立地であるため利便性を心配していましたが、今回訪れたアムステルダム、ユトレヒト、ハーグの中央に位置する場所であったため、かえって観光しやすい場所であったようにも思います。ホテル周辺に店はありませんが、空港のスーパーマーケットで買い物して、シャトルバスで移動できるので、不便さはありませんでした。アムステルダム市街地よりも静穏で、治安も悪くないように感じました。"

"I reserved a 1 King room for my wife and me and already prepaid, but when I checked in , they assigned us to a 2 twin room, I didn’t like it but they gave me no choice"

"At a glance the hotel looked lovely and even though there was a queue, the check in process was smooth. Upon entering the bedroom there was stained carpets and a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. There was what looked like ketchup smeared above the mirror in the bedroom and stains in the carpet and the television did not work. They upgraded us and it was better but still not great and not value for money at all. The TV still didn’t work and we witnessed dirty cups being left to the front of...

"The bedding, a huge duvet, was heavy and very hot for sleeping in a room with barely adequate air conditioning. The dense foam mattress only added to the heating. Ended up tearing the duvet apart and sleeping under the duvet cover. The main restaurant was closed for the summer (except for breakfast?) in an area with no nearby restaurants, The bar and grill was okay. The glass, swing door for the bathroom lacked privacy. The breakfast buffet was huge and good but very expensive."

"Everything was good..a curtesy shuttle to the airport would have been useful. The beds were not comfortable I fortunately but the room itself was adequate. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made the beds and lack of shuttle seem minor."

"Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen. Das Hotel war insgesamt nicht sauber und es fehlte an einem funktionierenden System bzw. einer guten Organisation. Die Hygiene ließ stark zu wünschen übrig, und viele Bereiche wirkten schmutzig. Der Parkplatz war zudem nicht gesichert, was kein gutes Gefühl vermittelt hat. Besonders negativ war, dass gegen 2 Uhr nachts plötzlich der Feueralarm aufgrund eines Fehlers ausgelöst wurde. Alle Gäste wurden aus dem Schlaf gerissen und waren erschrocken....

"The hotel was convenient for an overnight stay, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of parking. However, the room was clearly in need of better maintenance. The ceiling had visible stains, the walls were scuffed and needed repainting, the carpet looked like it needed deep cleaning, and there was peeling paint above the shower. It felt like the room had not been properly refreshed or renovated in a long time. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but better...

"Very easy to get here from the airport. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room worked and the AC was great. Can’t say anything bad about this place. It was perfect."
