"Clean, great staff and pool"

"Very clean and affordable hotel, especially for a short layover. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but I did have one disappointing experience upon arrival. After a flight from Toronto, I arrived at the hotel around 1:45 p.m. feeling exhausted and hoping to rest for a bit before exploring the city. I was the only guest at the front desk and asked whether an early check-in might be possible. The staff member checked my reservation and advised that early check-in was not available for my booking...

"Only stayed for one night but room and bathroom were clean, and despite being in room 2 on the ground floor, no noise from reception area!"

"If you miss the free shuttle it’s €23 for a taxi. The check in is quick and no fuss. The room was tiny but ok for the short time we were there. The shuttle bus back to airport was very good."

"We liked our clean room and comfortable bed. We did have a drink at the bar and some appetizers they were good. We enjoyed the outdoor area of the hotel, nice to have a few picnic tables so you could do your own lunch or dinner if desired. We didn’t like the idea of having to pay for the shuttle bus back to the airport. We had recently stayed at another hotel close by and they did not charge for there shuttle bus. Other than that it was a nice stay."

"This hotel was really dirty. The lobby looked nice and we were greeted by nice staff, but when we got to our room it felt anything but like home. There was hair on the bed and pillows, including inside the sheets. There was rice caked onto the chair, the bed cover with the logo looked really ratty and had something also caked onto it. There were crumbs everywhere and the grout in the bathroom looked atrocious. We were disgusted and went back to the front desk to see if they could reclean—...

"Very convenient to the airport terminal. Nice size rooms. Comfortable beds."

"We were not particularly impressed with our stay here. To start, I originally booked “Corendon Apartments Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel,” but closer to our stay I began receiving emails from Residence Inn by Marriott, which was quite confusing. After contacting Expedia, I was told the two properties work together. However, upon arrival at Corendon, we were informed that our booking was actually at the Residence Inn, which didn’t make much sense considering that is not what was advertised or...

"Great spacious room. One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in while travelling. Great variety for breakfast. Staff were helpful. The only issue was the airport shuttle. If you a charging for its service, make sure you send a big enough vehicle to accommodate all your customers. Very frustrating to be told there isn’t enough space and you’ll have to wait for next bus. Also, have front desk inform you that the charge is 1/2 price if you are a Marriott member."
