"The staff was friendly & super helpful. The room was cozy, a little too hot upon arrival for my personal preference but could be adjusted at will in your own room. The swimming pool & spa can get crowded on certain moments of the day, but because of the lengthy opening hours, you can enjoy it in more quiet sessions. And last but not least, hands down, best breakfast buffet from a hotel I have ever had. Will be coming back here!"

"We had a family room (i.e. 3 single beds). Room was spacious,clean, nothing to complain about. But quite basic, especially when you factor in the price. I guess the rate is relative to the great location for the Christmas market and time of the year! "

"Bed was sagging in the middle, not hotel quality. Rest was good but the reason is a good bed and night sleep. They are renovating the hotel but a bit sad to keep renting out rooms that have beds that are broken. "

"Alles super,👍 nur beim Frühstücken war ich etwas enttäuscht. Zu wenig Tische, die nur schleppend abgeräumt wurden, keine Eier Preisleistungsverhältnis nur Mittel. Auch bei der Anfahrtsbeschreibung ist noch Luft nach oben. Wir sind erstmal dran vorbeigefahren. "
