"FOH staff was fantastic! Coffee was great! The hotel is beautiful and the location is very convenient for transportation and to explore around. The only issue was that during my 5-days stay, deep cleaning of the room was requested 2 times and it never happened. Disappointing since we ran out of basic items such as hand soap, toilet paper etc and all the hustle to be looking for someone to have all items and towels replaced, we removed our own garbage, etc."

"Prima hotel. De incheck gaat zonder problemen en vlot, erg mooie kamer (ik kreeg een upgrade omdat het erg druk was), betaalbaar en goed ontbijt en opvallend vriendelijke mensen in het restaurant. Ik was mijn oordoppen vergeten (neem ik altijd mee ivm herrie op de gang), maar ik heb hier werkelijk niets gehoord, terwijl ik toch een kamer vlakbij de lift had. "

"Very fun to stay on a retired cruise ship. The room.was large and comfortable. There was a bus shuttle between the hotel to our cruise ship which was fantastic. There are two dining options in the hotel which were ok, but no other dining options in the area."

"For business travel it does the job. Friendly staff fast checkin and checkout. Bar and restaurant on site big rooms. Quiet mostly. Dirty carpets very soft beds toilet is in a separate space than bathroom. To me it is strange. You go to bathroom to wash your hands after you are done. Breakfast is medium to low. Not tasty but ok. Parking ok."
