"We liked the cleanliness and layout of the room. The location was an easy walk to the train station (without bags if you’re in your 60’s). Staff were very helpful, even made a to-go bag when we had to catch a flight before breakfast was served. The stairs from the elevator to the room were an annoyance, and the door handle on our room was partially unscrewed."

"The staff are the prime example of excellent customer service. The reception staff really are delightful, friendly and helpful. We arrived very late into the night and were greeted by two very lovely, Spanish looking receptionists who were all smiles - this made all the difference to a long journey. The pool was excellent and the games room, kept my son entertained for hours. They also have a piano, are were very complementary of my son who played a few times during our stay. The room...

"Clean rooms, great staff, very good breakfast"

"Kamer was goed, maar lag aan de straatkant bij uitgaansgelegenheden. Kon er niet van slapen. De kamer werd niet schoongemaakt, omdat we niet voor half 12 uit de kamer waren. Niet zo gek, als je de nacht ervoor pas rond 04.00 in slaap kon komen. Vond locatie en kamer zelf prima, maar service en inlevingsvermogen zeer slecht."

"It's a hostel. You get what you get. It was cheap, conveniently located and the staff were all really helpful. I got a private room and found it basic, but good. It had a bed, a toilet and a shower. My main complaint about the stay was that someone started blaring music at 5am, and it took staff over 15 minutes to get it turned off"
