"Name wasn’t on the system. Said I was someone else who had a different name and DOB. Said it was an Expedia problem as they’ve had this before. Also called Expedia who said it was the hotel. Very badly managed and very little help to settle anxiety and stress. Hotel was nice other than that"

"The ac does not work but at least they have fans on site, the charging usb is extremely slow. It’s efficient including lights so if you’re in the room and your partner comes back in, the lights turn off. Weird The bed and pillow combo are really not that comfy, not the worst just ok Be try close to metro. Overall it was too expensive for what it offered."

"Great big hotel! A very comfortable stay, spacious rooms with everything you need. It’s very easy to commute to all the sites. Our room was tidy but dusty. There is no fridge in the room we know that’s a norm but just be sure to note that!"

"The staff and the rooms are really nice. For Americans just remember it’s another country so the rooms are small not like what we see back at home hotels. But besides that it’s amazing great near lots of restaurants and next to the metro subway station! That’s a plus. To get anywhere in minutes!"

"We stayed here for 5 nights and it was one of three hotels we stayed at during our trip. It was the most spacious room. It was a suite for three people on the top floor. It was nice having a bar with a view and the bartender was great. The room was clean where it was important but not well maintained or deep cleaned. It looked like nobody had detailed cleaned the room in a long time. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was great. The shower had water pressure and got hot quickly...
