"Hotel condition is good but outside of the city and restaurants. Hotel restaurant is good with a good menu choice. The only issue i had is the AC seems to be central controlled and room was too hot. I did inform reception but had no improvement. I wouldn't stay here again for this reason."

"Superb location beside the old town with a 5 minute walk to The Stone Bridge or just wander through the cobbled streets. Roof-top bar had wonderful views over the city although the pool was closed being March only. Room size was fantastic with a bath and shower. "When I arrived at the middle of the night they lied about not receiving the payment. They wanted me to pay again, but only in cash. When I contacted Hotels.com they apologised and told me that the hotel had told them that we arrived 4 persons, even tho I was alone. I would strongly recommend Hotels.com to remove this hotel from their lists, and to all future customers; Stay away! This is only fraud!"
