"Hotel condition is good but outside of the city and restaurants. Hotel restaurant is good with a good menu choice. The only issue i had is the AC seems to be central controlled and room was too hot. I did inform reception but had no improvement. I wouldn't stay here again for this reason."

"The room was clean but basic. The pics are as good as it gets. It’s on a pedestrian street so a taxi is unable to go to hotel. At the time I travelled the address is incorrect on Apple and Google Maps. I suggested that they ask it to be changed. The location is very central and walkable to pretty much all the sites."

"I stayed at Smart Apartments Skopje for three nights over Easter, and overall I had a comfortable stay. On the positive side, the apartment was simple but clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. The self-check-in process was smooth and convenient, making arrival easy. "Superb location beside the old town with a 5 minute walk to The Stone Bridge or just wander through the cobbled streets. Roof-top bar had wonderful views over the city although the pool was closed being March only. Room size was fantastic with a bath and shower. Breakfast was well presented with a full selection of hot and cold dishes. Would highly recommend and would return. "

"When I arrived at the middle of the night they lied about not receiving the payment. They wanted me to pay again, but only in cash. When I contacted Hotels.com they apologised and told me that the hotel had told them that we arrived 4 persons, even tho I was alone. I would strongly recommend Hotels.com to remove this hotel from their lists, and to all future customers; Stay away! This is only fraud!"
