"We had noticed there was blood on the mattress protector and when we asked if they could change it they just made the bed and hoped we wouldn't notice. And we mentioned it twice also we asked for a fan on the second day and reminded them on the 3rd day finally got one one the 4th day also the sewage fumes would back up in the toilet at night making tht room smell like sewage"

"Great room just far enough away from all the action. Everything we wanted to see was 2-3 blocks away. Safe neighborhood and VERY friendly staff. We were able to leave our bags before checking in, and were welcomed with a check in beverage. The room was very clean, ac worked well. Shower water pressure was nice, and the water was Hot! :) Thank you to Juan at check in! Great to encounter people who clearly love their job!"

"We only stayed overnight between travelling but the hotel was fabulous- location was only 10 mins by a frequent t free hotel shuttle every 30 mins from 6 am till midnight. The rooms are luxurious with everything you can ask for - we got a free upgrade as we needed two separate beds and it was the only available accommodation. The bar serves food till late (1130pm)so we got a nice reasonable priced ( for a hotel) meal. All in all I wish we could’ve stayed more!!!"
