"I booked and fully prepaid for 2 rooms at MarCant B.V. in the Netherlands through Expedia well in advance. When we arrived at the property, the front desk told us they were completely fully booked and refused to check us in or offer any solution. When I contacted Expedia support, they claimed it was "subject to the hotel," completely ignoring the fact that my financial transaction was directly with Expedia, not the hotel. "Hotel heeft echt een eigen onnavolgbare stijl gecombineerd met een uiterst down to earth vriendelijke professionele bediening. Je voelt je er direct op je gemak. Daarnaast zijn de kamers op unieke wijze uiterst comfortabel en ook als dat niet het geval zou zijn maakt de kwaliteit van het diner alles goed. Wat hebben wij heerlijk gegeten. Wij komen zeker terug. RS&GDH"

"Gemakkelijke toegang tot de stad Enschede en zeer goede bereikbaarheid met het openbaar vervoer. Het personeel is uiterst behulpzaam en het is een makkelijke ontmoetingsplek."

"the location of the hotel was great and nice building for us because our niece goes to school here. I wish they will provide us with drinking water everyday, not just a welcome water. bed sheet and the floor, it will be nice if they change our bed sheet 1 every 3 days and clean the floor as we can see that floor was not vacuum at all while we stay there more than 4 days."

"Het is een geweldig hotel. Ruime en goede kamer en badkamer. We hadden ook een heerlijk balkon. Je kan er heerlijk eten en het ontbijt is ook erg uitgebreid en heerlijk. Vriendelijk personeel. Dit was de 2e keer dat we hier waren en het is weer voor herhaling vatbaar."
