When I contacted Hotels.com they apologised and told me that the hotel had told them that we arrived 4 persons, even tho I was alone. I would strongly recommend Hotels.com to remove this hotel from their lists, and to all future customers; Stay away! This is only fraud!"

"The room was spacious. But felt cold as the floor was very cold and the heating had to be on full all the time but still didn’t warm the room much. The bathroom smelt of stagnant water, which seems a theme in the Balkans. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of options and fresh. Hot choices of eggs and sausages as well as ham, cheese, bread, salad, pastries, cereal, yoghurt etc. Very good location. Ideally between the bus station and central square, with only 10 minutes walk to either. "
