On our first night we were given the wrong room. When we tried to enter, someone was already inside and the chain lock stopped us. It was uncomfortable for everyone involved. Reception upgraded us after we reported it, which we appreciated, but this should not happen.

It was on a pedestrian lane - but there is no access without first finding parking. Which does not exist on the street. Finally I found a parking garage there. "This is a very nice modern hotel located close to the center of Tetovo. There is a parking lot next to the hotel and the area is very walkable. L’hôtel m’a contacté le jour avant mon arrivée pour m’avertir de la neige et m’indiquer les meilleurs route pour I arrivée car pas toute les route son dégagée. Livraison du petit déjeuner directement à l’igloo! Chambre impeccable avec incroyable vue et équipement complet sale de bain propre baignoire au milieu de la chambre et jacuzzi privatif sur la balcon.
