"This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Even though it had been there 10 years, it looked new and fresh. Very clean and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious with extra seating. The shower was huge. The area around the hotel is nice as well as there is a patio with a seating area and a fire pit. Complimentary cookies, coffee, tea and milk for my son. We were very impressed by The Garland Hotel and would definitely stay there again."

"Family Reunion once a year for last 10 years. Quite location friendly staff, breakfast loçated in an area where anything you need is a easy drive. I have always had a great experience with booking and stay. Had a great time this year and I would recommend the services of Hotel.com and Quality Inn & Suites of Zanesville to anyone pasßing through or an extended stay."

"Great stay as a stop along our trip. The pool wasn’t in working order which was disappointing. We had one issue with the shower but the manager Cindy was amazing. She came up to the room and fixed it herself. Great service! "

"The check-in lady was great, walked with me to the room to make sure the room was acceptable. Some dude hanging out outside down the hall, drug dealer? I dunno. Non-smoking room, bathroom stunk. Room was clean."
