"The staff was very helpful. The cleaning staff was cordial, pleasant, helpful and their work was superb. The location was very good. Walking to and from the train station was easy. The surrounding neighborhoods were safe and nice to walk in. Close by restaurants were nice to eat and relax in."

"We had such an incredible stay, the service is really 5 star. Andrew made sure from the beginning we were looked after, he helped with organizing tours and wine tasting for us nearby where we had a lovely time discovering muscadet as well as thoughtfully recommending local restaurants. Emma also made sure our meals were reserved at the hotel restaurant. The rooms are nicely updated with A/C and modern furnishings including a nespresso machine. "Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location, great for transport and walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, etc. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and great amenities. 24 hour access to The Club, with soft drinks and snacks, plus the apreo was lovely and a thoughtful touch. Only one complaint, lighting in bathroom not adequate for either shaving or applying make-up. However wouldn't hesitate to return. We'll done team Okko Nantes!"

"Bel hôtel, la suite familiale est spacieuse et bien pensée. Même juste en face de l'ascenseur, nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit. Seul bémol, le réceptionniste qui nous a informés à notre arrivée que l’accès à la piscine coûtait 10€ par adulte alors que le site de l'hôtel indiquait clairement que c’était gratuit... Lorsque que nous nous sommes rendus à la piscine pour vérifier qu’elle valait effectivement 10€ par personne, nous nous sommes rendus compte que l’accès était libre....

"Ein trotz seiner zentralen Lage unmittelbar neben der Oper sehr gepflegtes und schönes Hotel mit sehr engagiertem Personal. Das Frühstück war gut. Unserer Bitte um ein ruhiges Zimmer wurde vollends entsprochen. Wenn wir wieder in Nantes sind, kehren wir sicher dorthin wieder zurück."

"Struttura sicuramente centrale, molti locali nelle vicinanze, purtroppo le camere sono molto calde, perfino l'acqua dai rubinetti non esce fresca, forniscono dei ventilatori altrimenti sarebbe insopportabile, abbiamo alloggiato in due giorni diversi, la prima volta la camera era un po' piccola e non molto pulita, la seconda volta invece molto bella e ampia con ottima vista sulla città e pulita, peccato per la temperatura"
