This is the second time we stayed at the courtyard, first time my partner got food poisoning, but we though we'd give it another go. Big mistake - the place is being renovated and we were not informed. So many things wrong - the in room safe can just be lifted out and taken, no privacy hole in the door, no phone to front desk which would have been nice when the fire alarm went...
