"We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t fault a thing. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were exceptional—genuinely warm, incredibly helpful, and all spoke excellent English, which made everything effortless.
A special mention to the cleaning team, who were outstanding and went above and beyond every day—their attention to detail was remarkable.

"We booked a garden view room. The room was big and overall the property was great.
The spa pool was closed and some of the restaurants were working in non traditional hours during our stay.
Staff was friendly and extremely helpful.
We were disappointed with the experience we had with our keys. We were allocated a room for the two nights and every time we came out of the room, we needed to spend 30-60 minutes to get back to our room, because our door lock was not working. In a two night stay...

"Location and view lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to beach ( beach still closed for swimming during our visit).
Pool temp was not so warm so not used much and gym for men not very inviting for my family (small and limited compared to much larger open spaces upstairs for women only). Breakfast was enjoyed by all.
Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"The over water bungalows were lovely, as was the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the food (breakfast was okay) was a really low standard for lunch and dinner. There was a buffet; but it was not quite right. Also, room service was really unpleasant food too -- if the food quality could be addressed, it would be an amazing stay!"

"Our stay has been amazing. The beach right in front of the property is stunning and you are at a short distance of Kuto beach and Kanumera Bay.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and impressed us by predicting our needs either for an airport pickup or to ensuring we were grabbing dinner prior to the restaurants closing.
The rooms are clean and the place is very peaceful. We would definitely recommend the property for those visiting Ile de Pines."
