The honeymoon room was set up with rose pedals, kissing doves and wine. Also, now with covid testing requirements to renter into the USA, they have a partnership with a medical clinic that comes to the hotel for rapid testing. "The Beau Rivage was a very local hotel. The staff spoke very little English, which is something to be aware of if you don't speak French. The staff were very friendly, but didn't know much about getting around; how to arrange a visit to La Citadelle or the buses to the Dominican Republic. I went to another hotel to arrange this. The reception was a mess with wilted flowers and outdated posters, and the carpet in my room was so dirty I rolled it up in the corner. Otherwise the hotel has a good...
