"Warmth and hospitality was lagging with the staff. No help was given to transport luggage from room to the lobby even when requested on phone."

"One of the best 5 star hotels I've stayed at. Beautiful property, great amenities, restaurants had great food and the staff and guest service were simply the best."

"The property needs substantial renovation - many rooms are bit run down and with foul smell...Rest of the things in terms of amenities and other aspects are upto the mark of Taj!"

"Great staff"

"Very nice property....not near the sea (beach is about 2 km away) and a quiet location. Very friendly and well appointed staff...very helpful. The Front desk manager Bhawana Rai was truly exceptional....very friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful with an excellent sense of humor. Great Bar with lovely music (albeit a tad bit loud for me) and fantastic food. Overall a great property if beach is not your primary criteria."

"The shower diverter was broken as both shower and tap were running together, apart from that the property is excellent with great location and great amenities"

"The staff and service was incredible. They were so attentive to detail. They made our girls trip so memorable. They even sent us a printed picture that was taken on our arrival. They sent a heating pad when my sister was sick. The breakfast spread was one of the best buffets I’ve ever eaten at. The pool looked amazing, unfortunately could not use due to chlorine levels. But regardless this property is a must stay! Can not recommend this place enough"

The sofa had large spots and were dirty. The WiFi was spotty too (general property had 30+MBps while the room had a weak ~1MBps had frequent connection drops). We immediately called the reception and let them know about the issue. We felt we booked the wrong place for our stay. The staff's reaction...

"great stay"

"I honestly never expected a Fairfield by Marriott property to be like this. I have stayed at Fairfield properties in Amritsar and other places, but this experience was completely different and extremely disappointing. * The room size: The rooms are very small, but honestly, that is not even my main complaint. I understand that Fairfield is a limited-service brand and rooms can be compact. * Food quality: The food was extremely ordinary and nowhere close to the quality or presentation I...

"Clean room and well stocked toiletries. A well spread breakfast just as expected from Taj"
