"Incredible services and people. I enjoyed quite a lot coming back after a stressful work day. The only reason I may not give 5 stars, is because my floor room, the wood part, had some splinter and I did injure my foot (nothing terrible but a bit uncomfortable) Besides that, everything else was 10/10."

"Big and clean rooms that keeps a good standard. Large beds, stable wifi, silent and good space for working or playing. A lot of activities for kids at all ages with a mini version of a in-house water park and a kids club that has VR games and a large activity room. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. Staff always friendly and accomodating."

"Nice hotel in a good location across the road from the Mall of Indonesia and at a very good price. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. And nice swimming pool. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Jakarta."
