"Staff was wonderful!!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was nice, too. My only complaint is that the shower was not cleaned before we checked in. There was still someone else’s hair on the shower wall and some stains. Other than that everything was great. "

"The staff here really went the extra mile to be courteous and take good care of all aspects of service. The common areas, including the lobby, breakfast area, pool, and gym were clean and well-cared for. While some aspects of the room were a bit dated and could use some updating/routine maintenance, it was spacious, included kitchen amenities, and it was clean. Good price and convenient location, too. We'd gladly stay here again."

"Although staff and service were generally excellent, I rated it "poor" because of the following. On my first morning we had an excellent breakfast in the Tap Room at about 9:30. The next morning (5/12) we again went for breakfast at about 9:30 and were told seating had ended at 9:00 due to Mother's Day lunch preparations! We should have been notified (under the door?) in advance. As hotel guests, ordinary service should not have been sacrificed for local revenue."
