"Walk to stuff alittle far from rooms"

"The elevator floor was dirty when we arrived and when we left. The room was clean and we slept very well. We had no hot water for our showers. There was not much water flow. There would have been no way I could have washed my hair. Breakfast was ok. The coffee maker was not working. Only water came out no coffee. The woman in the morning when we checked out was very pleasant. I let her know we didn’t have hot water."

"The breakfast this morning was much more than a simple continental and it started us on a good foot for today. The room was clean and the fridge was excellent, so good that our beers wanted to stay to our chagrin. I hope the staff enjoy them! "I called specifically to book a certain room and my reservation room was moved without any confirmation. I have allergies and I like to cook food for myself when I’m away - but the room I was given did not have a kitchen even though I called specifically to book that type of room. When I alerted the front desk about this, they said it was “ someone new” who moved me and there was nothing they could do. I could hear the entire phone call of them talking about me and it was super uncomfortable...

"This old motel is showing its age. We've stayed there several times because we love the area and it's convenient with good restaurants nearby. The management has made several upgrades, but we've had plumbing issues and noisy neighbor issues. The staff is very nice and eager to help with any problems."

"We were in Bethlehem Pennsylvania for a graduation and stayed for four night at the Home2Suites. lOur room was comfortable and clean towels were refreshed as needed. The breakfast was OK, and convenient. The location was great and close to anything we needed. We’ll definitely stay here again."

"The check-in was polite enough, and quick glance entering property was clean enough, but when we opened our room for the first time it reeked of smoke and the TV was on. The cough was filthy and unusable, the desk area clean, the kitchen questionable clean. The bed looked clean but the pillows were horrible, the AC barely worked, and the more we inspected, filthy rugs, unvaccumed. The bathroom was gross, someone's hair in the shower, nasty stains on walls and doors. We won't be using this place...

"Recently remodel. Very nice facility with great staff. A nice, attached restaurant with complimentary breakfast. Convenient to both downtown and the airport. The attitude of the staff is refreshing, leading me to believe that management cares for their team. Recommend this hotel to anyone."
