"I needed an overnight stay on a trip from Georgia to Minnesota. This place seemed quaint, and it is. The grounds are very nice and well kept. There is a cute gift shop and a restaurant on site. "The pictures of the place look great online. When we got there, the place was a total dump. We didn't even get out of the car. I would prefer to sleep in my car than this place. Not in this neighborhood though. The whole area is bad. We went to another motel down the road and witnessed a drug deal. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes to the casino district and spent another 25 bucks a night like we did. It was too late to cancel our reservation, so we ate the cost. It was worth it though...

"The room was very nice. My dog found a tooth picker just under the side of the bed. We are lucky he brought it too us. He could of swallowed it and caused a foreign body. The bath tub was exteremly slippery both me and my husband slipped in the tub. On line its says pet $15 per pet but was charged $25 per pet."
