"We had booked a room that was on the first floor. Within the first 30 mins of settling in, 4 cockroaches were found and I had killed three of them. We had enough and went to the front desk to inform the staff on the issue and without hesitation we were moved to the 4th floor with a great balcony beach view which we loved. "Absolutely loved Millisa. Every question she had a very polite answer for. My only issue is really the towels. The cleaners never put enough towels in the room for 3 of us. I had to consistently go to the front for towels."

"The Henderson exceeded our expectations for our baby-moon. The amenities (water/ice, coffee & tea) available on each floor, free bike rentals, etc. were so convenient. Our room was ready early the day we checked in and was spacious. We also loved the adult pool for a change some days. The rooftop bar is a must!"

"The positives is that it is not far from everything and breakfast is included. The negatives are the rooms aren’t clean. Even when asked to change our bedding because there were stains (from before we checked in), it look like they just flipped the sheets and made the bed up again with the same ones.
