We had the most amazing stay! We were there for about 5 days. Isaiah and the staff were so kind and helpful, everything was neat, clean, and well kept. I traveled with my husband, kids, mom, and niece. If we are ever in FT Walton again we will definitely be staying here!

i recommend yall this hotel perfect rooms, with fridge and microwave all nessesary . and also they have a pool for the kids can have fun my girls had fun . after the beach they will go straight to the pool. comming back next year 😊

The room was very clean and for the price it exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. They can use an extra person to check in during holidays. My check in lasted at least 30+ minutes. There are key pads to get to elevators and rooms. Overall, id go back. It's off the beaten path but close enough to drive.

This was a new facility when we checked in, it had only been open 9 days. The first night I stayed I would have said it was great, no complaints. So great, that we wanted to extend our stay. The manager told me that the hotel was booked, she wasn't rude nor was she helpful or approachable. I ended up booking another night through Expedia. I had tocheck out and check back in and thats when the trouble began. It took 3 rooms of me hauling luggage up and down the elevator, only to be in a half cleaned room. Mikel was very helpful and apologetic.

First of all there were loud barking dogs from the moment we checked in. We don't appreciate that you didn't take care of us by letting us cancel when we heard about 6 dogs barking loud consistently and give us a refund. This is our first experience with Expedia and not impressed at all. The bed was hard as a rock no box springs and the bathtub the water was reversed and so low flow couldn't take bath or shower. Do better by us... worst experience we have EVER had!!!!!!
