"The only negative point is that the AC is set at a very low temperature. It's an on or off AC : no possibility to set the temperature at a desired degree or strength of air flow. It's really freezing as you enter the room. One night is enough to catch a cold! "

"My family and I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat and it was a great experience! It was our first family trip after having our baby and the staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is very charming and welcoming. You can tell that it is a bit older but not in a negative way. All facilities were clean and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family! "
