" Positive points: The staff is really helpful! And very professional! The ladies from the SPA were amazing and very helpful and the security guys at the entrance also! (A big thanks to them) Negative points: My stay was disrupted due to a very noisy neighboring guest. There was loud music during the night, and shouting in the hallway. Unfortunately, when I reported the issue and asked for assistance, I was told that no immediate solution could be provided. As a result, I had to change rooms...

"They lost my car keys, and my pants , they told me breakfast wasn’t included in my reservation, even though it was, when I ordered food they wouldn’t let me bring it in, they told me I had to eat it past the property line then I could come back. The staff seemed eager to take advantage of the fact I am not a native French or Arabic speaker."

Pas de chaîne française dans les chambres pendant nôtres séjour il on pas payé l’abonnement pas très sérieux pour un 5 étoiles😔. Une corbeille de fruit en chambre (suite junior) a notre arrivée très bonne attention et apprécié à ça juste valeur. Globalement un grand potentiel malheureusement gâcher par un management pas encore à la hauteur."
