"Horrible parking! The directions by the staff was horrible as well. They directed me to my room and I couldn’t get in because the code was not activated by the front desk. Almost an hour standing in the hallway with no help."

And the hotel we stayed at was 3 minutes away from the check in like WHAT!!! ended up staying on the 5th floor and there’s was a bunch of bugs and moths flying and even some in the hotel were mostly mosquitos.. way to expensive and check out time sucks… 10am but we have to check in by 3pm what is that it should be the opposite"

"It’s a beautiful resort a lot bigger than expected they have everything you need my daughter loved it and it’s not easy to win her over definitely coming back a weekend is not enough need more time only saw a quarter of the resort it’s that big."

"Big and clean pool, opened until 11pm. They have beach balls to play. You get early admission to the parks, which was amazing for the new park Epic (I was able to do 3 rides in that hour). Very clean. Check in was great, staff answered all my questions regarding the buses to the park, times, and express passes information. Check out is automatic so great and fast. Parking is safe. Food is good and affordable inside the hotel. I would recommend this hotel 200%."

"Love this hotel. We had a wonderful time. Great staff. They pool was so nice. Was great to get up have breakfast and get on the bus to the parks. We where able to have Walmart delivery items to the hotel. Wish was a great help. Hope to go back soon"
