"L’arrivée a été très pénible, nous avons dû attendre près d’une heure pour avoir la chambre, puis deux heures pour l’électricité, et revenir à l’accueil plusieurs fois pour leur rappeler que nous étions toujours en attente de l’électricité. L’appartement n’était pas complètement propre en arrivant (traces de verres sur les comptoirs et tables de chevet, miettes sur la table, etc.). Comme si on ne s’attendait pas à recevoir des clients. Mais après la première journée, tout était excellent....

"The staff, accommodations, settings, cleanliness and communal restaurant continue to be a plus consistently as we stayed in 2013, 2014, 2022 and 2023. At times overcrowding was an issue. This last stay was marred by unacceptable construction noise on bloc 2, story 2. I had to speak to workers and at the desk that not even informing guests of this more than hour long din was just checked unacceptable. "

"Le site est très bien fait, ma fille de 4 ans a adoré son expérience. La nourriture du buffet est toujours excellente et variée. Seul problème, une des soirées où nous y étions, les employés du resort ont fait la fête jusqu’à minuit avec la grosse musique et les cris. Nous n’avons pu dormir jusqu’à ce que la fête termine, ce qui nous embête beaucoup. Aussi, la « monitrice » du kids club était assise et écoutait des vidéos YouTube au lieu de jouer avec ma fille. Pour le reste, séjour impeccable."

"Customer service needs work. They seem to have an idea of what 5 stars looks like, but can't seem to execute it. Things were missing from the room (towels, hair dryer) and it took hours to get them. In 3 days our room was never cleaned, though we requested it several times and were assured "right away". No mini bar, no coffee maker or kettle. We moved to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay, and it ended up being cheaper and better."
