"The staff are very helpful. The view of gone bay is amazing. The pool and the weight room are both excellent. The breakfast selection and presentation is good. Fresh juice and fruit are great! The front desk help is very effective and efficient. The laundry service is good and affordable. The landscaping is excellent. I would stay there longer for a personal retreat."

"One of the worst experiences of my life. Nothing is good about this place. I had a family emergency and they could not even accept. cancelling it in that condition. I asked this more than 1.5 weeks before my booking in top season. This requires someone not to be only horrible operators but also horrible human beings in general. I never write negative reviews until this one in my life but they deserved it. "

"I researched somewhat about where to stay. All the reviews are accurate.
It’s a beautiful place. The people were nice and excellent with everything. I really enjoyed myself. There’s no better place to stay in Puerto Princesa!!

"The location was very convenient along the highway for our van drop off and close to where our friends live. We were on the street side with a big window so there was some noise but we were okay sleeping. Large room and comfortable bed with nice bedding. The staff was friendly and the housekeepers were great. Breakfast was included but not a buffet like we thought it might be. The laundry service was great!"

"Staff is polite and helpful. Overall I was fairly happy but the level of noise was somewhat annoying. We had a dog barking till late evening and sometimes in the night waking us up. It was as if there was a window wide open but there wasn’t one. Still it sounded almost if the dog was in our room "

"We checked in because there was a 2 day scheduled black out in our city and we had a baby with us. We wanted to avoid the heat but the hotel’s generator kept failing few times and had to be fixed. We were told we’d be given a voucher but never received it in our email nor received any calls from them. We did like the place because room was spacious, breakfast was small but good. We didn’t like that there were 2 small frogs in the bathroom that scared my wife."
