"Friendly staff, clean surroundings, food is okay. Resort location is quite peaceful and secluded, if you need to getaway from city life. Don't expect five star accommodations for 3 star prices but its safe, reasonable and comfortable. Recommened, I'll return."

"Plaza Paitilla Inn Hotel is my favorite place to stay when I am in Panama City. The room had a great view, the beds were comfortable and the food is absolutely wonderful! Outstanding staff……always helpful and always smiling!"

"Horrible. The establishment was closed (August 2021) when we arrived. The hotel charged my credit card only to find out when we arrived, the hotel was empty and abandoned. Never again!"

"AIR CONDITIONING!!! The room was ice cold just what we needed after being in so many places without much AC in Panamá! The restaurant and lobby areas could use a boost to the AC though! They had very good food but you are dripping in sweat while eating and so is your waitress and that’s just gross! Nice place to stay close to the airport for our early flight home!"
