Aircon is centralised so we couldn't sleep well because it's so hot! Apparently they increase the a/c temperature when the temperature is low - told them it's not low enough for us. Imagine being so hot you set the temperature to 16C, only to be told by reception 2 days after that the a/c was blowing hot air!
Bathroom needs - a tray for bits and pieces, Kleenex, check the back of toilet area coz always had puddles of water
No complementary bottled water
Restaurant menu too limited for gluten and dairy free
No kettle, no tea, no coffee in the room
Location is great! Everything was walkable - shops, restaurants, pharmacy, etc"
