"Good"

"The hotel is clean. breakfast was complete and delicious. one feedback is only to provide coffee/tea faster. had to ask a couple of time as breakfast is almost over but cups hasn’t arrive. other than that food was amazing. hotel room was clean and maintained"

"The room was not actually clean. I found hair in the bathroom more than once that was not mine. The floor was dirty, towels were reused and the staff was not exactly friendly. They were giving suspicious stares, taking forever to acknowledge the guests and not helpful. The elevators in this hotel are terrible and the key "stopped working"..... Maybe they locked me out so they could finish cleaning the room. The cleaning staff were the only ones actually kind and helpful. Front desk not genuine....

"the best transit hotel . transfer in between is very convenience and seamless. Staffs are friendly, helpful and respectful . Room is large and clean, Buffet breakfast starts at 4 am, good for those who has jet lag. Food spread is quite good with vast variety and healthy choices. Been repeatedly stay here. Will be my first choice in jakarta"

"Staff seem unaware of where the lounge was and keep directing me to the restaurant finally found the lounge on my own on my last night there."

"The hotel could provide a map to visitors to assist orienting the property and the neighbourhood-the property was well kept, all staff were courteous. I would suggest the bed is great for those with a bad back as it was hard as a rock. The coffee is amazing!"
