"Evasile est la meilleure !!! Nous sommes venus dormir une nuit pour la fête médiévale de Provins et Evasile a été super accueillante tout le long. Nous avions demandé s’il était possible de venir plutôt pour déposer nos affaires et Evasile à tout fait pour nous aider, nous avions trouvé ça hyper gentil de sa part. Après la nuit passée, nous avons pu partir plus tard que l’heure de Check-out prévue pour bien avoir le temps de nous préparer, et Evasile nous avais même fait le petit-déjeuner....

"The dinning experience in the patio was disappointing. i waited for over 50 min to be served; had to complain to even get a waiter to bring a menu. that was the one and only meal in my four-day stay. Mercifully, INSEAD organized fabulous dinner parties and tasty luncheon. The breakfast was so disappointing and basic that I rejected it on Day 1, and skipped the rest of my stay. Forget this place."

"We booked 3 rooms and two had no air conditioning working. Reported the fault, a man arrived, shook his head, said sorry and left. Never saw or heard of anyone again. Not bothered that it was 30 degrees in our room. Two of our three couples spend a very very uncomfortable 2 nights, one couple even had a baby with them. Nobody offered fans etc we had to eventually ask for one on the second afternoon but only the one was available for the two rooms. Would have expected some kind of apology at...

"Comfortable hotel across the street from Fontainebleau palace very convenient for tourism. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Parking lot (paid) just in front of the hotel. Good breakfast"

"L'hôtel a changé récemment de propriétaire et des rénovations sont en cours, donc les avis anciens ne sont plus pertinents. Hôtel très bien situé, idéal pour le shopping et la visite du château. De notre chambre située à l'angle du bâtiment et au 3ème étage, nous avions une vue directe sur le centre ville (de la chambre) et sur une entrée du parc du château de Fontainebleu (de la salle de bain). La chambre ne ressemble plus au photo (car rénovée) et donc bien plus jolie. Une clim. mobile avait...

"Gabrielle was welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. We loved the character and history of the Chateau. The setting was peaceful and relaxing , and it was a lovely spot as a base for our day trips. "
