"The staff were exceptional. Belinda at checkin was awesome. Cee cee at the bar was a great host and great bartender. We did have two meals there and they were good also!!! When I visit Petersburg again I will definitely be staying there. 3 bars and a restaurant. The soap in the room smelled fragrant."

"We stayed at Ragland on the return leg of a two week road trip from NY to southern Florida. It was such a welcoming and cozy experience. We arrived late because of traffic and Claudia met us at the door, showed us around and led us to our room. First of all, it’s huge. After staying in small rooms for two weeks this was so nice. "The room is very clean, I am very impressed by that, the sofa was a lil wrinkled but it’s fine. Staff was ok, it was late but everything worked out just fine. I’ll definitely recommend. Never had breakfast there as I was too busy so I can’t comment about it but my stag was well spent. The air conditioning was perfect"

"Staff was wonderful and super friendly. Could probably have extra staff at the front desk versus just one person since there were lines all evening after check in. Breakfast had a good amount of variety, toaster was broken though. Used the gym and had no issues. Room was clean, bathroom is outdated and needs a deep clean. Had seen left over hairs and drain smelled like sewage and had to keep the water running for a while to get the smell out. Shower pressure was weak."

"Breakfast was mediocre. Hash browns cold. Sausage ok eggs were over cooked. Bathroom needs attention bad. Pillows were small squares not good at all. Not what I expected from a sleep inn. Other ones were great."

"The only thing that I enjoyed was getting my full refund back within 24hrs. The staff were polite and did the best that they could, but I was in my room for two minutes before I checked out. Rudja and Lamont were kind and understanding. With all that being said, I think this place should be investigated, it's too much of a safety hazard."
