Great AC Great little kitchen area TV with WiFi access for apps and casting. Checking in was so simple, they send you a code to get in the door which is also your room code too. "This is a nice hotel, the staff are very helpful, rooms are clean and overall I had an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was very good, a good choice of food and drinks, no decaf coffee was on display though. It is not a 4 star hotel by a long way compared to UK hotels, the biggest issue as I was there for business is the WIFI it is awful and this has been mentioned in many revues, not sure why they have not invested in upgrading."

"This property is in a great location, close to the ferry port, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it was a royal pain when the power went out (not the property’s fault)-it was a long way down from the 6th floor to carry a heavy bag down the stairs. "We stayed here for 3 nights the Wifi was poor but it was close to the cruise port. We had two twin beds that were made up like two twins. Our reservation said Mr. And Mrs therefore we thought they would had been pushed together and made up as one bed. The beds were really hard and uncomfortable. The patio was really big and had two chairs and a table it would had been nice to have a couple of sun beds.
