"Great stay, very comfortable. A little dated but clean. FYI if you are booking a 2 bedroom suite it is actually 2 separate 1 bedroom apartments that share a foyer. Super cute for families but if you are looking to book a 2br suite to share with 1 other person it’s totally separate and likely too big unless you are looking for complete privacy. I was not aware until we checked into our room. "

"They gave away my room and put me in a smaller room. The floor was sticky, sheets were dirty, there were no blankets, the phone didn’t work and the safe didn’t work it took them 3 days and multiple trips to the desk to repair these issues. Staff was friendly, room appeared clean but was not, there was even old toothpaste from somebody else was stuck to the back of the bathroom door. Parking at the resort was an absolute nightmare. "We stayed for a weekend athletic event that was at Disney. This was a great location! We enjoyed the variety of dining options, pools, and I really enjoyed the fitness center. This would be a great location for family get aways. I loved that our room had laundry and a kitchenette. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Pool was nice, breakfast was over cooked, sheets had holes and I found feathers or animal hair in the corner of the room and a dirty fork along the wall under the table in the hotel room. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Me and my fiancé got a cottage just for me and him and it was beautiful! It made us feel like we were at home with all the amenities we also cooked a home made meal they had all the pans, plates, etc.. we did have to rewash current stuff there was still food on them from who knows when. Also one of the pillow sheets were really dirty we just removed it. Other than that everything was amazing also we loved the H2O water park! We mostly differently will be back !"
