"It’s a little confusing finding the property. We were looking for River’s Edge but the sign is for a Quality Inn. Also, the road construction in front of the property added to the difficulty. "

I went to the front desk and asked for maintenance to look at it, but was informed that "they were off". I asked for a different room but they advised that they were full. I pulled the filter to see if that would help and it was packed...
